The Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare)
Regulations 1996 have a number of statutory
requirements regarding the use of ladders in particular
the footing of ladders and the provision of suitable
landing areas for platforms where ladders are used in
a run measuring a vertical distance of more than 9m
(approx. 29.5ft). |
